Payment, Reciprocity and the Spirit of Gifting
At GCILL, we engage in reciprocal relationships based on mutual gifting, speak and work only where asked and lead with a spirit of generosity. We do not ask for payment. We ask for your generous giving.
These teaching are given freely and don’t belong to anyone.
In the Buddhist tradition, teachings are given freely because they are considered priceless; in many indigenous cultures worldwide, it is the same. Wisdom, knowledge, insight into how to care for Mother Earth, the emergent Sacred Masculine, Sacred Feminine—these are not services to be sold, but gifts to be given, received and shared freely.
In this form of Gift Economy, reciprocity is an implicit part of gifting.
If you would like to invite us to participate in your event, we ask you consider making monetary offerings for the teachings. This is not payment for goods or services rendered; it is a gift from the heart in gratitude for what is received.
Your giving supports not just the teachers, but also the larger community, the Earth, and the teachings themselves to go forward and be given again and again.
Additional support is needed to cover basic costs, maintain the website, etc.
The WILD Foundation has provided Fiscal Sponsorship for GCILL for 2012 and 2013. Tax-deductible gifts can be made through WILD. Please mention GCILL in the Additional Information section.
The page is WILD’s donation page so it is necessary to state the donation is for GCILL in the Additional Information section.
